Role Information

We are seeking a Quality Process Engineer to join our team. As a Quality Process Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving our Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with international standards, and contributing to continuous improvement projects.

Responsibilities:
Drive the Quality Management System to maintain effectiveness in business processes.
Plan and implement improvement projects in the factory, collaborating with staff to overcome obstacles and deliver high-quality products.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 requirements through internal audits and documentation management.
Maintain and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure accurate data collection.
Control company documentation, ensuring changes are made and issued in a controlled manner.
Work full-time in the office and spend approximately 20% of your time in the factory.
Interact with various stakeholders in the business on a regular basis.

Requirements:
GCSE Grade B in English and Maths.
Ideally will have some prior experience in a quality role or a production management environment.
Basic IT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, file management).
Comfortable with regular social interactions and meetings.
Interested in problem-solving and continuous improvement.
