You can choose from our standalone Hotbox with innovative dual heat regulated chamber or the Roadmender with added features making it ideal as part of your road mending solution.
The Econ Hotbox has a range of optional extras including tool Panier, Hand Wash Station and Hydraulics sockets and can be bought as a dedicated unit or as a body for a QCB chassis.
By adding the Hotbox or Roadmender to your swap body system, you can take advantage of the leading road repair body without compromising your operations.

Monitoring material temperatures.
The materials temperature is shown on a digital display. The thermostat can be adjusted to set the desired temperature at the push of a button and ensures that the materials are being maintained at an optimum operating temperature.
Sprung for easy lifting.
The thermal lids help to keep the heat constant in the chambers. The wide openings expose the hotbox chamber, to allow for easy filling of the hotbox. The sprung lid arrangement enables easy lifting of the heavily insulated lids.
Metered discharge reduces waste.
The auger metered discharge enables accurate delivery of the substrate on site to minimise wastage and reduces handling. It is activated by a lever, there is a left and a right button so each chamber can be operated separately
Accurate material delivery.
The chute enables accurate delivery of the materials on site. It slides into place to direct the auger discharge either direct into the patch or a wheelbarrow
Volume adjusted heating.
The twin chamber box benefits from three burners ensuring the correct heat is applied to all of the material, regardless of how much material is in each compartment. The thermostatically controlled gas heated burner operation can be visibly checked using the spy hole provided.
Efficient ‘V’ hopper design.
A single or twin Hotbox with it’s innovative “V” design hopper uses the narrowest possible air gap to ensure the material is kept at the correct operating temperature for up to 12 hours. The chambers can be filled with different materials if needed to complete the repair.
