The Econ Roadmender is a complete patch repair system specifically designed for single gang operation. This self-loading tipper and hotbox (either single or twin chamber) combination. The ability to haul material from site, carrying the reinstatement material on the same chassis, as well as an onboard power supply, means only one vehicle is required for each re-instatement.
This product is packed with features that enable around the clock road patching. From the thermostatically heated chamber that can carry and accurately dispense your materials with the side tipper and bucket loader assist with taking away the spoil.

Keeps materials warm for up to 12 hours.
The insulated hotbox chamber keeps the materials at an ambient operating temperature for up to 12 hours.
Control material discharge.
The asphalt is discharged on site via the chute, either directly into the patch using the chute or into a wheelbarrow as desired.
Reduce manual handling.
Break out material is loaded into the bucket which is then automatically lifted into the side tipper On return to the depot, the breakout material is discharged using the side tipper.
